Rape, Sex Crimes

"For years, a significant portion of my activity as a Delaware lawyer (Delaware Attorney) has been representing persons charged with so-called sex crimes. Primarily these crimes consist of Rape, Sexual Penetration and Unlawful Sexual Contact. The remarks that I have made regarding the necessity of having an accomplished defense lawyer and criminal trial attorney in the context of homicide apply with equal force in the area of sex crimes, particularly that of Rape.   Nowhere are the cross-examination skills of a trial attorney more pronounced than is found in the context of examining a person who claims to have been victimized by rape or related sexual abuse offenses.
