Weapons Offenses
For reasons which are obvious, the penalties upon conviction for weapons offenses are severe. Many crimes by their very nature involve the use of weapons. Consequently, it is typical that I afford representation for weapons offenses such as Possession of a Deadly Weapon During a Commission of a Felony, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Carrying Concealed a Deadly Weapon and even Possession of Weapons By Persons Prohibited.
 
Mandatory incarceration awaits those who are convicted of Possesing Deadly Weapons or Firearms while other felonies are being committed, therefore, once again, great care must be utilized in selecting the attorney or lawyer who represents on charged with such offenses.
